- fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer 210 L, hotplate, hood, oven, sink, dishes for 4 people with Italian coffee maker and washing machine (7.10 m² - french window),
- living room area with table, chairs, sofa and television,
- bed part with two bunk beds 70 x 190,
- shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet (skylight),
- pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors and blankets provided (people wishing to bring their bed linen must inform reception as soon as possible),
- heating (living room area, shower room) and heating oil hot water production, electric hotplate, electricity 220 V,
- sloping stairs (1st floor).
